Crow Point is at the southern end of the Braunton Burrows which is at the Centre of the North Devon Biosphere Reserve and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a natural sand spit that lies in the Taw and Torridge Estuary.
It is a beautiful location with amazing views and home to many types of sea and estuary birds. It is not an easily accessible place, so is often quieter than some of the more accessible beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe making it a hidden delight for locals and visitors.
This circular walk starts from Crow Point Car Park (access via the Toll Road), along the boardwalk to Crow Point beach and around the spit to Broadsands beach.
