Give your support to help secure our future
Braunton Countryside Centre, is at the heart of the North Devon Biosphere. It is currently the only environmental education centre in North Devon and attracts around 10,000 visitors a year of which about a third are local people. It is an important centre providing information, walks, talks, events and exhibitions about the wildlife, habitats, and the history of Braunton and the wider area of the internationally important UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
The Centre which opened in 1986, has managed to remain open thanks to donations and the hard work of local volunteers without the support of any state aid.
