Join local Cetacean and Seal expert Dave Jenkins to discover the nature and wildlife of Morte Point

Morte Point, owned by the National Trust, is a headland know for its dramatic scenery and steep cliffs. It has a wealth of nature and wildlife including unique habitats, wildflowers, sea birds and birds of prey. This stretch of coast is also known for spotting grey seals, harbour porpoise and dolphins.
Tickets for this event are limited. Attendees are advised to bring binoculars for wildlife spotting.
This tour which starts from Mortehoe Car Park takes in a circular walk to Morte Point along the sea cliffs. The terrain is hilly so sturdy footwear should be worn.
This tour is unsuitable for children. The tour is also subject to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions (participants will receive a full refund).
About The Guide:
Dave Jenkins is a local marine mammal expert who for many years has been helping the Seal Group Research Trust to identify individual seals and their movements from Morte Point along the coast. Dave will help participants to discover the importance of this area to these creatures.
